Spherology – Basic Course

The Basic Course is your first step into the world of Spherology, where you’ll begin by exploring the concept of “Self” through the lens of Spherology theory. As you advance, you’ll gain a clearer understanding of how your results from the Spherology Inventory connect to broader core principles. You’ll delve into the Three Primary Aspects of the Sphere—Self, Others, and Work—with a focused discussion on The Aspect of Self.  The Tools of Awareness for each aspect will be introduced to help you sharpen your perception of key components. Observation, or Witnessing, will emerge as the cornerstone of Spherology. By the end of the course, you’ll be equipped to integrate Spherology into your daily life and ready to progress to The Advanced Course, which will provide additional tools and guidance rooted in Spherology.
